Go to Child version

To save to PDF format use your browser functionality, e.g.

IE browser

Press Ctrl + P and then select option for 'Microsoft Print to PDF' and click 'Print', navigate to the folder where you want to place the new file, name it as per the 'File saving format' below and click 'Save'

Chrome browser

Press Ctrl + P to open Print dialog, click the 'Change' button that's located in the Destination field, then click 'Save as PDF'. Click the 'Save' button, navigate to the folder where you want to place the new file, name it as per the 'File saving format' below and click 'Save'.

File saving - File name format

Injury, person's initials, date of injury in the format YYYYMMDD

e.g. Injury AB 20180601
